In general it was good workout though 4x100 Breast didn't go well - got tired already after 2x100 though I swam about 70% of the MHR.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
3x400m 400m Free w/paddles & buoy. Rest: 15sec / 400m
4x100m Breast. Rest: 20sec / 100m
3x200m 100m Breast w/dolphin kick w/fins / 100m Free w/fins. Rest: 20sec / 200m
1x300m Dolphin kick on the back. Rest: 5sec / 300m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
