That was absolute nightmare. I didn't swim such sets for a long time and this one went very hard. After 6 times I felt nauseous. First couple times (4-5) I did in 39 then 40 and last 4 ones in 41. The coach told that there's weak propulsion from the kick. I tried to experiment with my kick and discovered that narrow kick works better than the wider one. Though there's another problem - when I get tired my pelvis is too deep when I start the kick.
