Very good workout. I didn't have chance to check my times but I felt my stroke very well. Hopefully my times were good as well. DPS was also quite good while swimming 8x200 - 13 cycles (when got tired at the end it was 14 and even 15 cycles).

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
8x200m 200m IM / 200m Breast. Rest: 15 sec / 200m
1x400m Free w/paddles & buoy. Rest: 15 sec / 400m
1x300m 100m Breast w/dolphin kick w/fins drill
100m Head lead breast drill
100m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill. Rest: 20sec / 300m
4x50m Breast 25m EZ / 25m AFAP. Rest: 15sec / 50m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
