Today started to use drag jammers. Quite unusual feelings. I felt that my pelvis tend to be lower than usual and it took mental and some physical effort to keep it high. From that point of view it was harder to swim. I still could keep 14-15 cycles per 50m while swimming 200s breaststroke. After 200s IM HR was 22-23 and after 200s breast - 24-25. The great thing is that after 10 long breaths into water my HR was 16!
