Today was easy recovery workout after yesterdays intervals. Worked mainly on technique. I didn't like my breakouts in 5x100 on the way back. Only last 100 DPS was equal on both 50s - 9. Others first 50 was 9-10 and the second - 10 strokes - not so good. On the second breakout I was running out of oxygen.

Build up:
1x400m Breast narrow kick w/board & buoy. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
5x100m Push and glide DPS drill. Rest: 20sec / 100m
4x200m 200m IM / 200m Breast. Rest: 20sec / 200m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
