Much better workout than yesterday. Still not a good feeling of the technique while swimming 1500.

1x400m Breast w fins 100m Breast w/dolphin kick / 100m Breast w/free kick. Rest: 20 sec / 400m
8x50m Breast 25m AFAP / 25m EZ
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
