Good thing is that despite of the growing work load I don't feel as tired as I felt 2 weeks ago. I was amazed I could swim 1200 IM/Breast and I had wonderful feelings when I was swimming fly which is quite uncommon.

1x400m 100m Breast w/free kick drill
100m Breast 50m right hand pull left leg kick drill / 50m left hand pull right leg kick
100m Head lead breast drill
100m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill. Rest: 10sec / 400m
2x100m Breast 80% MHR. Rest: 15sec/ 100m Time: 1'34; 1'35
Warm down:
1x400m Free EZ.
1х200m Breast on the back.
