Worked with my coach today. He stressed on necessity to work on continuous work of the hands - glide phase should be minimized. It was very hard. After last 200 (4x200) I felt exhausted. Another point was that I'm not using completely my legs amplitude. So I need to concentrate on these issues.

Core:
4x200m Breast. 100m EZ with longer glide phase / 100m as soon as body in streamline hands start the pull. Rest: 40sec / 200m Times: 3:24; 3:29; 3:24; 3:26
3x200m 50m Breast 80% MHR / Free EZ. Rest: 20sec / 200m Times for 50m Breast: 0:44; 0:46; 0:44
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
