This was a hard workout. Was working on speed endurance. After 3rd 4x50 almost failed to get out off the pool - my arms disobeyed me. Last 50 wasn't kind of brilliant result but nevertheless I didn't expect that I would swim it out of 0'40. So things aren't so bad. Each 4x50 was 3'06!

1x800m Free EZ w/paddles + 5 SDKs from the wall. Rest: 20sec / 800m
1x50m Breast AFAP from dive. Time: 0'39
Warm down:
1х250m Breast on the back.
