This workout was more successful. I could hold progress with times and heart rates in 6x200 almost as it was expected. Still HR was a bit too high.

1x200m Back.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
6x200m Breast progressively. Rest: 30 sec / 200m Time: 3:42 HR23; 3:39 HR 24; 3:30 HR24; 3:29 HR25; 3:29 HR25; 3:20 HR28
1x800m Free w/paddles & buoy. Rest: 15 sec / 800m
1x300m Dolphin kick on the back w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 300m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
