So this was my first time swimming after the end of the competition. My ear which was inflammed got better but it is still blocked a bit. My doc didn't give permission to swim yet but I cannot stay at home anymore so I decided to start with kick workouts until my ear get completely healed.

1x200m 100m Free kick w/board + 50m Breast kick w/board + 50m Free kick w/board
Core:
1x1000m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 30sec / 1000m
