Feeling a bit disappointed. Still having problem in the ending of my breaststroke pull according to my coach's words.

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200m Back.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
8x200m Free. HR 18 (Actual 22). Rest: 10sec / 200m
1x400m Breast w/fins 100m w/free kick drill / 100m w/dolphin kick drill.
8x50m Breast HR21 (Actual 24-25) Rest: 20-30sec / 50m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
