Quite a long swim. Didn't fill like swimming 1500 free but since I started the swim I decided to complete it. The time was not good - 26:30 which is at least 2 min worse than before. Also had some good training of the starts and sprint.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:

1x400m Breast w/dolphin kick. Rest: 10sec / 400m
12x50m Breast 12.5m AFAP from dive / 37.5m EZ. Rest: 10sec / 50m
1x400m Dolphin kick w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
