First workout after vacation. Though I did workouts in the sea during vacations, still felt pretty tired. I've tried to change fly technique by removing pause after hands entry. That feels faster but still need to check, but the problem is that it takes much more effort than the old one. Maybe after a while I will succeed to get more relaxed. Another problem I feel is to synchronize 2nd kick when the pause is removed.
