Not my best workout. I actually expected to do better. None of the 400s was out of 6min. As to the breaststroke set after 3 reps I realized that my lactate grew to high and my stroke is falling apart. So I had to stop the set. I finished remaining 3x100 but swam for good stroke - not for time. Currently I don't like what I have - my stroke count is quite high (17) comparing to my normal stroke count (14-15).
