So today was 1st workout after 1 week at home bcz of illness. I was a bit amazed that it went quite easy. After workout I felt wonderful. My DPSs were not good :(

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200mBack.
Build up:
1x400m Breast narrow kick w/board & buoy. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
6x200m 2x200m Breast w/buoy / 200m Free w/ buoy ez. Rest: 30s / 200m
Warm down:
2x50m Breast push and glide drill DPS. Rest: 10sec / 50m - 10 cycles.
1х200m Breast on the back.
