It was easier today than yesterday. I asked coach and he told that everyone complained that yesterday it was hard to swim in the morning so hopefully the problem was not in me. Today I mainly worked on IM. Some drills and than 6x200 set. After drills I've got lowest HR ever that means I'm on the right way!
