The task was to swim the main set as relaxed as possible and to keep HR as law as possible. First 800 HR was 23 after the second - 21. So I was moving in right direction. I wonder if I'll manage to stay same relaxed when I swim with high pace.

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200m Back.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
2x800m 100m Free / 100m Breast HR18. Rest: 15 sec / 800m
1x400m Breast w/fins 100m breast w/dolphin kick drill / 100m breast pull + free kick drill Rest: 10sec / 400m
1x300m Dolphin kick on the back w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 300m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
