Quite a hard workout. 3x400 I swam quite easy though HR was a bit too high after breaststroke. 5x100 I've shown quite a usual time - 1st 100 was a bit too fast so I had to decrease the tempo. The best was Breast push and glide drill - there I finally could swim 25m in 1 breakout and 2 complete strokes which earlier seemed impossible!

1x400m Dolphin kick w/fins. Rest: 10sec / 300m

1х200m Breast on the back.
