Feedback:
Only one of my annual goals was achieved. I could swim 50 LCM breaststroke in 34.07 which is -1.01 second from my PB. I could also improve some times for other events but not enough.
The closest achievements:
I swam 50m SCM breaststroke in 00:34.06 and cut down 0'00"59 from my PB. I also could swim 50 SCM breaststroke in 33.79 but that was relay so that doesn't count. For SCM still need to drop down 0'00"36.
For 100 LCM breaststroke I swam 1:19.84. It's my PB but it's too far from the planned result - 1:16.40.
A bit better situation is with 100 SCM where I've shown my PB result 1:15.71. The problem is I have no idea how that happened and could not repeat it. Still have to slice 1:31 second to achieve desired result 01:14.40.
For 200 LCM breaststroke my new PB result 2'55"79. Still almost 11 sec to drop to achieve my goal.
Also PB at 200 SCM breast - 2:51.60 and also 11 seconds to drop.
No gold medal at the Ukrainian Championship so far. Got ill during the winter championship and spring meet was moved 2 times due to events in the country. I could win national gold but at Slovak National Championship still better than nothing.
In general goals for the next year remain the same. Only for 50 LCM need a new goal.
