Very good workout. When I came to the pool I was sleepy and wasn't in the mood to work. Nevertheless I had wonderful workout and improved my time on 1500 and had some good 25s sprints. Time for one of them in the middle was 16.8. Didn't feel much tired after the workout.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
1x1500m Free. Rest: 30sec / 1500m Time: 24:12
1x300 Breast drills 50m right hand pull left leg kick drill / 50m left hand pull right leg kick
100m Breast pull w/free kick drill
100m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks drill. Rest: 20sec / 300m
6x50m Breast 25m AFAP keeping body relaxed / 25 EZ. Rest: 30sec / 50m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
