Swim out of 24.5 sec 50m freestyle.
Swim out of 30sec 50m breaststroke or out of 1:07,40 100m breaststroke.
Develop endurance:
Swim 800m free non stop. DONE
Swim 200m fly non stop.
Swim 800 breaststroke non stop. DONE
Feedback:
Decreased weight from 97kg to 85kg. Perhaps will need to add running or bike activity to lose another 5kg

I regularly swim now 800m freestyle.
Not done. Still hard to swim more than 50m fly.
Yes. This one was the easiest. I easily can swim 800m breaststroke though it didn't appear so necessary.
