Interval workout. It went good even though I didn't sleep well at night. Planned HR was 18 but actual HR after the 10x200 was 23.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
1x400m 100m Breast w/free kick drill w/fins / Breast w/dolphin kick drill w/fins. Rest: 20sec / 400m
10x200m 200m IM / 200m Free
200m IM / 200m Breast. Rest: 10 - 15 sec / 200m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
