I don't like the way I feel in this pool - so sluggish. I'm getting more and more persuaded that it's because of the water temperature. Nevertheless first 200 in 8x200 free was 2'50 which made me shocked! I swam in the same tempo as usual just pulled stronger. After the first one I decreased my effort because I wasn't sure I'd manage to do another 7 200's in the same manner. 10x50 breast didn't go well - I was really tired in the end.
