Well, I decided to make relatively easy workout after 2 unlucky nightmare days. It was pretty hard doing 200 Fly kick which I didn't do for quite a long time (expecting pain in my abs :) ). There's something I don't really understand and feel when I swim breast with dolphin kick - my appears too deep when I start my pull and much effort is used to lift my trunk for breath. It's quite a long time I'm trying to make my body to understand how to swim it but no result.

Warm up:
1x600m 1х200m Free.
1x200m Breast.
1x200m Back.
Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
1x200m Fly kick on the back w/fins. Rest: 20sec / 200m
4x100m Breast w/dolphin kick w/fins. Rest: 20sec / 100m
1x800m Free w/buoy & paddles. Rest: 10sec / 800m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
