That was a hard workout! I've learned that I actually can swim fly in easy manner otherwise I think I would not finish the set :-D breaststroke I tried to swim in 200 pace only the last 100 I went a bit faster.

1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
1x900m 50m Breast w/paddles 1pull + 3 kicks drill / 100m Free. Rest: 20sec / 900m HR: 22
1x900m 200m IM EZ / 100m Breast hard. Rest: 30 sec / 900m HR: 25
1x400m Free EZ. Rest: 20sec / 400m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
