In general felt fine though didn't sleep enough last night and before training felt a bit tired. Still feel a bit uncomfortable in the 25m pool.

Build up:
1x400m Breast kick w/board. Rest: 10exh / 400m
Core:
8x50m Breast push & glide DPS drill. Rest: 20sec / 50m 3 cycles per length.
4x100m Breast drills: 25m Breast pull + Free kick drill / 25m full stroke
25m 1 pull + 2 kicks drill / 25m full stroke
25m 2 pulls + 1 kick drill / 25m full stroke
25m Breast w/dolphin kick drill / 25m full stroke. Rest: 15sec / 100m
1x800m Free w/buoy & paddles. Rest: 20sec / 800m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
