Workout at 7:30am. Was a bit sleepy this morning. Did some sprinting today - after warm up it was ok.

Build up:

Core:

3x50m Free Easy. / 1x50m Free 90% } Rest: 10-15 sec / 50m
1x600m Free w/pull buoy & paddles. Rest: 30sec / 600m
1x400m IM drills. 100m Fly 1+1+1 / 100m Back one hand up one hand down / 100m Breast 1 pull + 2 kicks / 100m Free fingertips touching water. Rest: 30sec / 200m
Warm down:
1х200m Breast on the back.
