Good workout. In the morning I felt sleepy and didn't even want to get into water. The bad thing is that I've lost the feeling of water about a week ago - the good thing is that after the task breaststroke with paddles I started to feel water amazingly! Need to pay more attention to get into bed earlier in the evenings - I feel I don't sleep enough.
