Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 large egg
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili flakes, cilantro, panko breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls or patties.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken bites in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and soy sauce to make the dipping sauce.
Serve the chicken bites warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
