Ingredients:
1 cup shredded potatoes (fresh or frozen, thawed and drained)
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon almond flour (optional for extra crispiness)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or oil, for waffle maker
Directions:
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
