2 pounds zucchini, sliced thin
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup red onion, sliced thin
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup fresh basil, sliced thin
Salt and pepper, to taste
