Ingredients:
2 pounds pork shoulder or pork loin, trimmed and cut into chunks
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice (no sugar added)
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
