Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped green onions and sesame seeds
Directions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add honey and soy sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and coat them well with the honey garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.
