Ingredients:
3 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine sliced cabbage, cucumber, red onion, and fresh dill.
