Ingredients:
4 English muffins, split
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Butter or cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly butter or spray a baking sheet.
Toast English muffin halves until lightly browned and place on the baking sheet.
