2 lbs (about 4) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and dried parsley. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Prepare the Crockpot: Transfer the seared chicken breasts to the bottom of the Crockpot.
