Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
