New York Style Chocolate Chip Cookies are giant, chewy, and filled with a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. These cookies are inspired by the famous NYC bakery treats, known for their oversized size and rich, gooey centers. The dough is made with cold butter and a mix of granulated and brown sugar for a rich, caramelized flavor. With the addition of a chopped chocolate bar and chocolate chips, these cookies have an extra dose of chocolatey goodness. They are baked to perfection, with crispy edges and a soft, chewy center, making them the ultimate chocolate chip cookie experience.
