Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Return the chicken to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
