Creamy Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops are a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender pork chops with a rich, creamy ranch-infused sauce. This easy-to-make recipe requires minimal preparation and is perfect for busy weeknights or leisurely weekends. The slow cooking process ensures the pork chops remain moist and absorb the savory flavors of the ranch seasoning and cream-based sauce. Serve these pork chops over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles for a complete and satisfying meal.
6 boneless pork chops (about ½ inch thick)
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
Layer the Pork Chops: Place the boneless pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Season the Pork Chops: Evenly sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the pork chops.
Add Butter: Place the small pieces of butter on top of the seasoned pork chops.
Add Cream of Chicken Soup: Pour the can of cream of chicken soup over the pork chops, spreading it evenly.
Cook: Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or on low for 6–7 hours, until the pork chops are tender and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
Serve: Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the slow cooker. Stir the sauce to combine the flavors. Serve the pork chops with the creamy sauce spooned over them. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
