Ingredients:
8 ounces beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
6 ounces egg noodles or your choice of noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add beef slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through and the sauce is sticky.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
