Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
