3 medium ripe bananas (about 1 cup mashed)
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 large egg (room temperature)

Note: For homemade buttermilk, add ½ tablespoon white vinegar to ½ cup of whole milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
