Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly in the seasoning mixture.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers.
