2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup Buffalo sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
