9 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, divided (half blended, half sprinkled)
½ head broccoli, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C) and prepare a silicone muffin tray with non-stick spray.
