Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
