Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning on both sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Drizzle a little olive oil over the ricotta topping.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is lightly golden.
