6 large eggs
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
¼ cup milk
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: pinch of nutmeg or red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded cheddar and chopped spinach until well combined.
